Introducing Broker
The Introducing Broker (IB) programme is for individuals and businesses who introduce new clients to Lotus FX. Partner remuneration is set out in a written IB agreement.
How the programme works
An Introducing Broker refers clients to Lotus FX. Referred clients open their own accounts, complete verification and make their own trading decisions. The IB is remunerated according to the terms of their IB agreement with Lotus FX LTD, typically linked to the trading activity of the clients they introduced.
Remuneration is not a fixed income and depends entirely on the terms agreed and on referred clients' activity.
Who it may suit
- Trading educators, analysts and content creators with an audience interested in the financial markets
- Financial websites, communities and comparison platforms
- Existing introducers or consultants who work with traders
- Businesses that want to offer their clients access to Lotus FX MT5
Partner conduct and compliance
- IBs must follow all applicable marketing and advertising rules in the jurisdictions where they operate, as well as any marketing guidelines provided by Lotus FX.
- IBs must not make misleading claims, promise or imply returns or profits, or suggest that trading is low-risk or without risk.
- IBs must make clear that trading involves risk and must not provide investment advice on behalf of Lotus FX LTD.
- IBs must not target residents of restricted regions or any jurisdiction where the services are not permitted.
